Do Time With the Dogs
Bele Chere does not allow dogs! However, as we know, many people do not read well or ignore instructions. Therefore, there will be a Doggie Jail set up and operated by ChainFree Asheville. We'll be located near City Hall. We'll have between 10 and 12 canine inmates each shift and need volunteer wardens.
