I just can not believe that people can do this to helpless animals! It sickens me to no end that these so called owners of these dogs are not punished more severly!!!! These poor dogs starve and die at the end of a chain while the owners go about their days eating and sleeping with no remorse about the dog in the back yard chained!!!! I own 3 dogs and would NEVER chain them. They are a part of my family and are treated as so. Something HAS TO BE DONE!!!! WE ARE THEIR VOICE!!! IF YOU SEE ANY ABUSE
